The Lakers hit an amazing 50% from the floor last night in their victory. Kobe Bryant had an off night shooting (8 of 22) as he scored 27 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and dished out 7 assists. Smush Parker had a decent night with 20 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Andrew Bynum had a real solid night off the bench with 13 points and 4 rebounds in only 13 minutes of play. Kwame Brown (10 points, 6 rebounds) and Luke Walton (10 points, 4 assists) each helped the cause on offense for the Lakers.

The Lakers improved to 19-10 on the season with this win.

Lakers get thumped on Christmas 101-85

The Lakers were ice-cold from the floor as they only hit 39.2% of their shots from the floor. The Lakers also got out-rebounded 45-31 and allowed the Heat to hit 51.5% of their shots from the floor in this beating! Kobe Bryant had a awful game as he only hit 4 of 17 shots from the floor and wound up with 16 points and 4 assists. Ronny Turiaf had a solid game with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Luke Walton added 10 points and 4 assists.

The Lakers fell to 18-10 on the season with this loss.

Lakers nip the Nets in New Jersey 99-95

The Lakers hit the boards as they outrebounded the Nets 45-35 last night and that was a key to winning the game. Kobe Bryant had a bad night shooting (4 of 13) but wound up with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists. Smush Parker had a solid game with 13 points. Brian Cook had a good game with 11 points and 11 rebounds. The Lakers got great production off the bench last night. Maurice Evans (12 points), Andrew Bynum (10 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocked shots) ad Jordan Farmar (10 points, 5 assists) all contributed big-time to the victory.

The Lakers improved to 18-9 on the season with this win.

Lakers have amazing 4th quarter and beat T-Wolves 111-94

Things were not looking good after 3 quarters for the Lakers as they were down 87-77. The Lakers then totally dominated the 4th quarter and ran away with a win in Minnesota.

Kobe Bryant led the way for the Lakers with 24 points and 6 assists. Vladimir Radmanovic backed-up Kobe with 17 points and 4 rebounds. Maurice Evans scored 15 points off the bench. Brian Cook got a rare start and scored 11 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Smush Parker added 10 points.

The Lakers improved to 17-9 on the season with this win.

Lakers fall 94-89 on the road to Bulls

The Lakers didn’t play any defense last night as the Bulls hit 50% of their shots from the floor and Kobe had an off-night, so it’s amazing that the Bulls kept this game so close.

Kobe Bryant only shot 6 of 19 from the floor, but he still led the Lakers in scoring with 19 points, he also grabbed 3 rebounds and dished out 4 assists. Kwame Brown had a great game around the basket with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Smush Parker had a decent game with 16 points and 3 steals.

The Lakers fell to 16-9 on the season with this loss.
