Smush Parker had a decent night with 20 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Andrew Bynum had a real solid night off the bench with 13 points and 4 rebounds in only 13 minutes of play. Kwame Brown (10 points, 6 rebounds) and Luke Walton (10 points, 4 assists) each helped the cause on offense for the Lakers.

The Lakers were ice-cold from the floor as they only hit 39.2% of their shots from the floor. The Lakers also got out-rebounded 45-31 and allowed the Heat to hit 51.5% of their shots from the floor in this beating! Kobe Bryant had a awful game as he only hit 4 of 17 shots from the floor and wound up with 16 points and 4 assists. Ronny Turiaf had a solid game with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Luke Walton added 10 points and 4 assists.

The Lakers hit the boards as they outrebounded the Nets 45-35 last night and that was a key to winning the game. Kobe Bryant had a bad night shooting (4 of 13) but wound up with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists. Smush Parker had a solid game with 13 points. Brian Cook had a good game with 11 points and 11 rebounds. The Lakers got great production off the bench last night. Maurice Evans (12 points), Andrew Bynum (10 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocked shots) ad Jordan Farmar (10 points, 5 assists) all contributed big-time to the victory.

Things were not looking good after 3 quarters for the Lakers as they were down 87-77. The Lakers then totally dominated the 4th quarter and ran away with a win in Minnesota.

The Lakers didn’t play any defense last night as the Bulls hit 50% of their shots from the floor and Kobe had an off-night, so it’s amazing that the Bulls kept this game so close.

The Lakers played a great game on offense, but they let the Wizards hit 50.6% of their shots and that did them in. Luke Walton had a great all-around game with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists. Andrew Bynum had a solid game off the bench with 14 points and 5 rebounds. The Lakers well to 16-8 on the season. I failed to mention that Gilbert Arenas absolutely scorched the Lakers with 60 points in this game.

The Lakers outscored the Rockets 13-2 in the second OT to beat the Rockets despite Yao putting 35 points, 15 rebounds and 8 blocked shots on them. Kobe Bryant was unstoppable last night as he scored 53 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 8 assists. Smush Parker started slow last night be woke up when the game was on the line and scored 17 points, dished out 5 assists and stole the ball 4 times. Brian Cook played well off the bench as he scored 10 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Luke Walton only scored 8 points, but he grabbed 5 rebounds and dished out 9 assists. Kwame Brown was tough around the basket with 7 points, 10 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 blocked shots.

The Lakers improved to 16-7 on the season with this win.

The Lakers played absolutely no defense as they allowed the Mavericks to hit 60% from the floor. Can’t blame Kobe for the loss as he scored 33 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished out 4 assists. Luke Walton scored 13 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Smush Parker (12 points), Jordan Farmar (12 points) and Vladimir Radmanovic (11 points) all pitched in on the offense.

The Lakers improved to 15-6 on the season with this win.

Lamar Odom had to leave last night’s game after only 3 minutes. He has a moderate MCL sprain to his right knee and will be out at least 1 month. This is a tough blow to the Lakers as Odom does everything well for the Lakers. Odom is averaging 17.5 points, 8.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game. Someone will have to step up to replace him or the Lakers will be in trouble.
